That the Council of the Municipality of Casselman acknowledges reception of administrative report OPS-001-2023; and Accepts and instructs the administration to proceed with the comprehensive visual assessment by Sense Engineering at the cost of $13,200 for the property located at 750 Principale, to obtain a detailed report on the current condition of the building, as presented in Schedule C.
